Bridge helps transfer data from the existing portal, EHR, or PM software. Before importing data, patients need to have portal accounts. The easiest way to create a large number of accounts is by using a CSV file or an interface to the EHR/PM system. Once accounts are created, Bridge can import Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs) from the EHR or PM software using a common directory on the local server.
