Our Team

John has spent more than 20 years building healthcare IT companies from the ground up. He co-founded EMR Experts, an EHR consulting firm acquired by Bizmatics in 2008, then founded Medical Web Experts, a HIPAA-compliant software and web development company focused on the healthcare industry. BridgeInteract was spun out of Medical Web Experts in 2014.

John stepped down as CEO of Medical Web Experts in late 2019 to focus entirely on BridgeInteract. His background spans business ownership, workforce management, IT security, compliance, and healthcare information systems.

Josh started his career in IT support, then spent five years working for a major electronic medical records company in the US and Argentina as an interface and help desk director. That role gave him deep training in EMR architecture and hands-on experience working with labs and practice management software across the US.

He joined the Medical Web Experts team in 2013 as the original product owner of BridgeInteract and has led its technical development ever since. He is fluent in HL7 interfaces, has managed Meaningful Use integrations for multiple EHR companies, and works directly with Bridge's development team every day to keep the product moving forward.

Pablo holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity from the University of Buenos Aires and is an associate professor of cybersecurity engineering at CPE Lyon in France. His research focuses on security challenges in next-generation communications technologies, and his work has been published in IEEE.

He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). At BridgeInteract, Pablo owns the IT security policies and HIPAA-compliant hosting infrastructure that protect patient health information across every integration we support.

Blake joined BridgeInteract in 2016 and has spent nearly a decade working across sales, client relationships, and internal operations. He studied business administration at Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia and completed both a Health Information Curriculum and Training for Transformation (HICATT) program and GCP sales certification.

He works closely with clients, channel partners, and internal teams to identify where BridgeInteract can deliver more value and then makes sure it does.

Robert brings a career that spans healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. As CFO of InDemand Interpreting, a company serving over one million patients annually with on-demand video medical interpretation, he helped drive a four-year compound annual revenue growth rate above 40%. The company sold in 2019 at more than 2x trailing 12-month revenue.

He previously served as CFO of the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, where he managed over $300 million in federal grants to design and launch Washington's health insurance marketplace. His earlier career included senior finance roles at Premera Blue Cross and audit work at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Robert holds an MBA in Finance (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puget Sound and a BA in Accounting, Finance, and International Business (Cum Laude) from the University of Washington.
